Aviation aluminium and 30 inputs under your fingers
The MH16 is MOZA FLIGHT's stick grip, modelled on the all-metal control sticks of combat aircraft. The body is aviation-grade aluminium alloy finished in automotive paint: heavy, cold to the touch and free of the flex you feel in plastic joysticks. The grip carries 30 programmable input signals, including an ALPS 8-way hat switch for view control. Detachable modules attach over pogo pins — no wiring, no disassembly: add them when you need more switches, take them off when you want a clean silhouette. A Z-axis module is offered as an option. It connects through a 5-pin aviation connector and runs at 3.3 V, 5 A. The grip is made for the MOZA AB6 and AB9 bases and fits most third-party bases mechanically and electrically, though some brands may need an adapter. Dimensions are 99 × 213.5 × 132 mm. Buttons and profiles are configured in MOZA Cockpit on PC.

Metal instead of plastic
The MH16's body is aviation-grade aluminium alloy under automotive-grade paint. It is noticeably heavier than plastic grips, it does not creak or flex under side load, and the finish does not wear smooth from constant handling. Here the weight works in favour of realism.

30 inputs under your fingers
Buttons, hats and triggers give 30 programmable signals — enough to keep weapons, trim, comms and view all on the stick in DCS or MSFS. Everything is laid out in MOZA Cockpit, and profiles are saved per aircraft.
- 03
Modules without wiring
Expansion modules sit on pogo pins: press one onto its seat and it works — not a single extra wire inside the grip. Removing it is just as quick, so the configuration can follow a specific aircraft or go back to the clean silhouette of a classic stick.

An ALPS hat for looking around
Looking around is the most-used control in a dogfight, so the hat uses an ALPS 8-way cap. It registers directions crisply, does not drop out on the diagonals and behaves the same whether you are panning the view or stepping through sim menus.

Fits almost any base
The grip uses a 5-pin aviation connector and is built for an open ecosystem: MOZA AB9 and AB6 natively, plus most popular bases mechanically and electrically. Some brands may need an adapter, so it is worth checking your base's interface before ordering.
Compatibility
The MH16 is a grip, not a complete joystick: it needs a base. It works natively with the MOZA AB9 and AB6 bases and fits most third-party bases mechanically and electrically through its 5-pin aviation connector, though some brands may require an adapter or extra configuration. PC only; button mapping is done in MOZA Cockpit.

Questions
Do I need a separate base?
Yes. The MH16 is a grip; it mounts on a MOZA AB9 or AB6 base, or on a compatible base from another brand. On its own it does not connect to a PC.
How many programmable inputs does it have?
According to MOZA's current specification, 30 signals: buttons, hats and triggers. They are assigned in MOZA Cockpit, and you can save separate profiles for different aircraft.
Will it fit a base from another brand?
Usually yes: the MH16 uses a standard 5-pin aviation connector and open mounting mechanics. Some brands may need an adapter or manual configuration, so check your base's interface before ordering.
How does the pre-order work?
The item opens for pre-order on 18 November 2026. After you place the request a GEEKSHOP manager confirms the order, and the grip can be picked up in Tashkent about a month later.
